Here is an example for using it with an image:

   if __name__ == '__main__':
       from pyjamas.ui.RootPanel import RootPanel
       from pyjamas.ui.Image import Image
       root = RootPanel()
       image = Image('http://pyjs.org/img/pyjamas.128x128.png')
       anchor = Anchor(Widget=image, Href='http://pyjs.org')
       root.add(anchor)
